If you are looking for a dock, try Ashbridges Bay Yacht Club. The cost is a little more than TS&CC but the facilities are comparable and you can step right on to your boat. The club is right on the lake(as is TS&CC) so you don't need to go throughj the harbour to get out. There are about nine sharks there now. The rest of the cost are in the previous response.
